KS-528 high-viscosity, quick-drying water-based asphalt-based waterproof coating is a single-component waterproof coating made from high-quality emulsified asphalt and special fillers. The product features low VOCs, easy application, high-efficiency quick-drying, excellent viscosity, and strong anti-sagging properties. Multiple coats can be applied within a day, effectively improving construction efficiency. It can be combined with asphalt membranes to form a complete waterproof system, and is particularly suitable for side walls and facades where sagging is likely.

• High-efficiency and quick-drying: Single coat thickness ≥ 0.6mm; under standard testing conditions, surface drying time ≤ 1 hour, complete drying time ≤ 2 hours; can be sprayed or roller coated; fast drying speed saves construction time.
• Excellent adhesion: Possesses super strong adhesion; peel strength to cement-based surfaces or asphalt membranes reaches 2.0N/mm or higher.
• Strong anti-sagging: Anti-sagging property > 650μm; does not drip on vertical surfaces; suitable for waterproofing vertical surfaces and complex structural areas.
• Roll-on coating composite construction: Supports roll-on coating composite process, combining the advantages of membranes and coatings to enhance waterproofing effect and extend waterproofing life.
• Environmentally friendly materials: Volatile organic compounds (VOCs) less than 5g, meeting the local limits of some key cities.
• High temperature resistance: More suitable for high-temperature areas; withstands temperatures up to 140℃.

Suitable for waterproofing underground engineering and concrete roofing projects in industrial and civil buildings, it can be combined with asphalt membrane to form an integrated waterproofing system, and is especially suitable for side walls and facades and other areas prone to dripping.

• During transportation and storage, different types of products should be stacked separately and not mixed. Avoid exposure to sunlight and rain, prevent collisions, ensure good ventilation, and maintain a storage temperature of 5℃~40℃.
