Concrete Base Treatment Agent(2K)
Description

LATEX G101 is a high-performance, two-component interface treatment material. It features remarkable interfacial reinforcement and high bonding strength, making it suitable for interface strengthening and moisture resistance treatment on concrete, mortar surfaces, and various lightweight partition walls. It effectively enhances substrate strength and the adhesion of subsequent materials.

Features
  • Strong Adhesion, No Hollowing.
  • Water-Resistant& Alkali-Resistant.
  • Wide Application.
  • Easy & Time-saving.
Where to Use
  • Suitable for interface treatment on concrete, aerated concrete, plastered surfaces, and brick-concrete walls.
  • Suitable for interface treatment on exposed concrete substrates to enhance adhesion.
Application Instructions
  • Substrate Preparation: The substrate must be flat, firm, clean, and free from hollowing. Before application, remove all dust, oil stains, contaminants, and other loose materials. Dry substrates must be pre-wetted prior to application.
  • Mixing: According to the specified mixing ratio(Liquid : Powder=1 : 2), first pour the liquid component into a mixing bucket. Gradually add the powder component while stirring continuously. Mix thoroughly until a uniform, lump-free consistency is achieved. Allow the mixture to sit for 3 minutes, then stir thoroughly again before use. The prepared material must be used within 1 hour.
  • Application: Apply 1-2 even coats to the substrate using a roller or brush. Ensure the coating is fully dry and cured before proceeding to the next step.
