Widely used in the building industries for the painting of doors, frames, fascia, staircase railing,roof trusses, balustrades, metal gates and grills, it is also ideal for use as marine enamel for topsides, deckhouse and engine room.

Pigment：Lightfast Non – Lead Pigments.
Binder：Alkyd.
Volume Solid：White 54% ( Nominal), other colours will vary.
Diluent：White Spirit.

Finishing：High Gloss Mirror-like Finish or Matt Finish.

Theoritical Coverage：15 – 18 ㎡/Litre
Drying Time：Touch dry – 4 Hours.Hard dry – 8 Hours.(Dependent on temperature and humidity)
Recoating Interval：8 hours.

1.Wood surface:Wood must be dry and free from grease, dirt and other contaminants, smoothen surface with suitable grade sand paper and dust off before application of undercoat and paints.apply 1 coat of CKS White Undercoat,then finish with 1-3 coats of CKS High Gloss.
2.Metal surface:Surface must be dry and free from grease, dirt and other contaminants. Steel surfaces should be sanded or wire-brushed to remove mill scales and rust. For best result steel surfaces should be prepared by hand or power tool to BS 7079 Part 1:1989 S T 3 standard. Galvanised and Aluminium surfaces should be cleaned and degreased, apply an appropriate primer to ensure good adhesion.apply 1 coat of CKS Red Oxide Primer,then finish with 1-3 coats of CKS High Gloss.

3.Previously painted surface:Remove all loose, defective and unstable paint film. Rusted and defectives areas should be sanded and feather edged and spot primed with Primer before apply subsequent coating.apply 1 coat of CKS Red Oxide Primer,then finish with 1-3 coats of CKS High Gloss.
