1.Surface must be sound, clean, dry and free from all defective or poorly adhering material, dirt, grease and wax. (To have a better finish, rub down surface using suitable abrasive and dust off.) If after thorough preparation surface remains powdery, for best effect seal with 1 coat of Smart Eco Sealer. If the surface suffers from alkali attack, it is best recommended to seal with 1 coat of CKS Eco Sealer
2.Standard thinning ratio: 5-10% water by volume for brush/roller, 10-20% for conventional/airless spray applications.
3.apply 1 coat of CKS Eco Sealer
4.Finish with 2 coats of CKS GreenGuard Eco
