1.Surface Preparation
New surfaces: Ensure structurally sound, clean, dry, and free from defects, grease, or wax. Lightly sand with suitable abrasive and remove dust. For powdery or alkali-affected surfaces, apply 1 coat of Smart Eco Sealer as a primer.
Previously painted surfaces: Remove all loose, peeling paint, and powdery residues by scraping and brushing. Repair minor cracks/defects with appropriate filler.
2.Primer Application
Apply 1 coat of Smart Eco Sealer evenly to enhance adhesion and seal the substrate.
3.Thinning Guidelines
Standard thinning guidelines: No thinning required for brush/roller/airless spray (optional 5-10% water for ease/flow), while air spray requires 10-20% water (adjustable).
4.Topcoat Application
Apply 1-3 coats of CKS GreenGuard Bio for full coverage and protection, ensuring even distribution.
5.Quality Control
Inspect for uniform coating without misses or streaks.
Allow proper drying between coats (follow product-specific recoat times).
