CKS Super Wall Sealer is a low odour and low VOC water-based wall sealer which is specially formulated for exterior and interior use. It is easy to apply and able to provides better build and adhesion to the substrate. This sealer can be applied on the exterior bare concrete,plastered walls and asbestos to protect the subsequent coats against the effects of alkalinity and moisture from the substrate. Besides, it also provides the finishing coats with excellent efflo-rescence resistance.

1.New Surfaces
Must be sound, clean, dry; free from defects/contaminants
Light sanding recommended for better adhesion
Moisture <16%, pH<9 (measured by protimeter)
2.Painted Surfaces
Remove loose paint/residues (high-pressure wash preferred)
Treat mold/algae with fungicide; repair cracks
Prohibit painting if moisture >16% or pH>9
3.Standard use requires no thinning. Water dilution: 5% for roller/airless spray (optional) or conventional spray (required, adjustable)
