The Johor facility covers high-performance products including floor paints and heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, integrating R&D, tinting, production, quality control, and warehousing. These bases break through technological and supply chain limitations often associated with multinational corporations, enabling comprehensive coverage of the ASEAN construction market and driving CKS’s strategic shift from product export to localized smart manufacturing. Moving forward, Smart CKS will continue to empower overseas operations by leveraging advanced manufacturing and management expertise to deepen its presence in Southeast Asia, providing enduring protection for global structures.

The Perak production base covers an area of over 400,000 square feet and is equipped with industry-leading automated production lines and intelligent control systems. With a strong annual production capacity of 27 million liters, the base boasts robust supply capabilities and achieves efficient and stable operations through a professional team managing the entire quality control process.
As another key layout in Malaysia, the Johor Bahru production base integrates headquarters, production, quality control, R&D, warehousing, and color mixing. It focuses on floor coatings, heavy-duty anti-corrosion coatings, and industrial coatings, aiming to meet the growing demand in the region for professional flooring and industrial anti-corrosion solutions.
The establishment and commissioning of the two bases mark a strategic upgrade in Keshun’s overseas operations — from “product export” to “localized manufacturing.”
